While Si was home in Cape Town he managed to spend some time with fellow South African Chris, getting to know his process, and to film a bit of it to share some of it with the world. A peak behind the scenes and into the studio and mind of the artist. Enjoy the piece and if you end up wanting to own one of Chris’ works, please let him know that the film brought you there. He doesn’t only make fish, he sculpts other wildlife and birds too with the help of his specialized team. This was a major passion piece for Si, as he finds the intersection of artistic minds and fly fishing to be something of a story in itself.
