We gotta be careful, there’s so much unhealthy toxicity out there on social media, and I’ve always tried to fly above it and not get pulled down into the sludge - and use my social influence/power for the good stuff. The stuff that makes a real positive impact in people’s lives. Life can be tough for a lot of folks, so let’s bring as much joy as we can to people. For me, it’ll always be the best part of fame. We gave a ton of cash away to every kid in this toy store for Christmas. Awesome day and cool to chop it up afterwards with my team - we’re grateful to have these special experiences 🥃 Special shout to Hamleys in London (worlds oldest and biggest toy store) for letting us come in and deliver a little joy - and a lot of chaos 😜 Merry Christmas ya filthy animals and chase the good stuff 🎅🏾🥃

5 years ago today, January 15th 2020, I lost my dad 🕊️ We got into a huge fight during Christmas, so we weren’t speaking at the time of his sudden passing. Wish I reconciled but it was too late. What I’d give to have just 5 more minutes, to hug him hard, kiss his cheek and say “I love you and we’re good”. I know a lot of my guys out there have complicated relationships with your dads - just like I did - and maybe you aren’t communicating because of unresolved stuff. Whatever the issue, I strongly recommend you reconcile it and make it whole. You don’t want to live the alternative where it’s too late, and you wake up one morning and realize you have to write your dad’s eulogy. I don’t want that for you, so go take care of that relationship while you still have your dad around. Give him a call, start with that. Thanks for the lessons, Soulman and as you always said, the show must go on 🕊️ See you down the road

Besides having my three daughters, my Samoan High Chief Title, High Chief Seiuli is one of the greatest honor of my life. I gave my word and made a commitment 20 years ago to his Highness High Chief Maleatoa Tunamafili II and to our people of Samoa, that I would “leave my boyish ways behind” (well, I try 😅) and carry my Samoan, Polynesian, and Black culture around the world with great respect, pride, kindness, MANA, humility, and warrior spirit. Fa’a Samoa (the Samoan way) After 20yrs of proudly carrying our culture with me around the world, I can’t wait to soon return back home to Samoa. Some midnight glycogen depleted wisdom 🤓 Heard this great philosophy a few years back, and wanted to share with ya. Try changing “I HAVE to do” to “I GET to do” It’s a nice mental shift of a reminder that we GET TO because it’s a privilege. Whatever that thing is that’s HARD, whether you love or hate it, it’s the thing that sets you up for positive life results. I definitely needed the mental recalibrating tonight to get my ass in here to train. We don’t have to do it, we get to do it. Waking up Sunday morning is a whole lot sweeter knowing you got the shit done Saturday night 😉👊🏾
