#CajunSeafoodDip #appetizers #TheSoulCrave #SoulCravers Serves 8-10 ▪️Ingredients: 8oz Crab Claw Meat 8oz Lump Crab Meat 1lb Washed Peeled, Deveined ,Tail Off, Raw Shrimp 2 5oz Bags of Baby Spinach 1/2 Cup of Mexican Creama or Reg Sour Cream 8oz Whipped Cream Cheese 16oz of Italian Blend Shredded Cheese (put aside some to cover top of dip) 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic 1/4 Cup Green Onion 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning 2 Tablespoon of Tony’s Chachere’s No Salt Cajun Seasonings 1/2 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika 2 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Parsley for Garnish ▪️Shrimp: In a nonstick skillet sauté shrimp on med heat for a 3-4 mins in a nob of butter until fully cooked and set aside. ▪️Spinach: In a nonstick skillet sauté spinach on med until wilted and set aside. ▪️Preheat Oven to 400 degrees ▪️Seafood Dip Mixture: In a mixing bowl combine cooked shrimp, spinach ,all remaining ingredients and mix them thoroughly. (optional for presentation purposes set aside a little of the lump crab for garnish) ▪️Pour Mixture in a 9X13 baking dish Cover with cheese Bake uncovered for 20 mins at 400 degrees Garnish with lump crab meat & parsley Enjoy!
