Cranberry vinaigrette • 1 clove garlic, freshly grated • ½ cup of cranberry sauce • 1 tsp dijon mustard • 1 tbsp your favorite bbq sauce • Pinch of smoked paprika • Pinch of cayenne • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar • ¼ cup olive oil • Salt and pepper to taste Whisk or blend until emulsified Horseradish Mayo • ½ cup mayo • ¼ cup creamy horseradish, more or less to taste • Lemon zest Mix to combine. Garlic Rosemary Butter • ¼ cup fresh rosemary leaves, loosely packed • 2 cloves garlic, freshly grated • ½ stick of butter • Flaky salt Melt the butter and add the rosemary and garlic. Let it cook for about 30 seconds then turn off the heat. Brush on the tops of the buns then transfer to a 350 deg oven for 5-10 min or until golden brown and fragrant.
