A little shrimp and pasta primavera for dinner. Olive oil pan and sauce garlic and one shallot diced. Salt and pepper your shrimp and toss to make sure it’s fully seasoned. Throw In a cup of cherry tomatoes. While cooking blanch asparagus in salt water for about 3 minutes. Add to your pan once done. Cook your pasta according to packaging ( I used Banza Chickpea pasta). Once shrimp and veggies cooked through, set aside. Take 1/4 c chicken broth, mix in 1/2 cup milk (I used almond) 1 cup Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Whisk until cheese is melted.
