Day 1 of my January 31 day challenge! First and foremost, I want to wish everyone a very happy new year! I hope that whatever you set out to do this year you accomplish and feel proud of yourself. šŸ©· Second of all, if you havenā€™t noticed by now, I did change my username. I have evolved over the last year so much and I wanted my channel name to reflect that as well. While you will still be getting a lot of great recipes, you will also be getting so much more! Iā€™m really excited to see the changes and growth I make this year. Day 4 of my January 31 day challenge!   Thank goodness today was a rest day, even though there was very little rest. I donā€™t think I couldā€™ve added a workout into my day without toppling over by the end. šŸ˜† technically my daughterā€™s birthday is tomorrow but a big happy birthday to to my oldest baby! Day 11 of my January 31 day challenge! āœØrest day editionāœØ I was honestly super grateful for a rest day because my body is very sore from my workouts this week! Donā€™t get me wrong, it is a good sore! I did however, spend a lot of today cleaning our house top to bottom and of course, getting my declutter project of the day done, which was my biggest Declutter project of this year so far! Everything else on my list to Declutter for the rest of the month is going to be super easy in comparison to that office closet. But was it really a rest day if I spent the whole day cleaning? šŸ˜… I was so excited to have a treat meal today because I have been talking about a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings all week long, but sadly it just wasnā€™t that good. This restaurant used to be known for their delicious onion rings and they must have changed them because these were not itā€¦not even close. But I will say that my milkshake was absolutely phenomenal.  I decided to include my recipe for sub in a tub, itā€™s super easy, not very complicated but absolutely delicious! Took a little bit of a social media break, but weā€™re back, baby! I donā€™t wanna talk about how a good 12 hours of that social media break was forced upon us by TikTok šŸ¤£ but here is bits of day 17, 18 and 19 of my January 31 day challenge! I didnā€™t film everything I ate, every workout, but there is a little bit from each day. Honestly, a little bit of a social media break was very necessary for me, and did me some good.
