Day 11 of my January 31 day challenge! āØrest day editionāØ I was honestly super grateful for a rest day because my body is very sore from my workouts this week! Donāt get me wrong, it is a good sore! I did however, spend a lot of today cleaning our house top to bottom and of course, getting my declutter project of the day done, which was my biggest Declutter project of this year so far! Everything else on my list to Declutter for the rest of the month is going to be super easy in comparison to that office closet. But was it really a rest day if I spent the whole day cleaning? š
I was so excited to have a treat meal today because I have been talking about a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings all week long, but sadly it just wasnāt that good. This restaurant used to be known for their delicious onion rings and they must have changed them because these were not itā¦not even close. But I will say that my milkshake was absolutely phenomenal. I decided to include my recipe for sub in a tub, itās super easy, not very complicated but absolutely delicious! For my sub in a tub, I add chopped Romaine, chopped turkey deli meat, provolone, bacon, tomato, pickles, red onion, jalapeƱos, salt, pepper, and the jersey Mikeās hot pepper relish. here are the guidelines for my 31 day challenge: -hit 10,000 steps per day -Workout six days per week -one outdoor walk per day -stay in a calorie deficit, but also hit my protein goals -drink 80 ounces of water per day -Declutter one area of My Home daily -Get some reading in every single day I am also allowing myself one treat meal per week, which usually tends to be date night for the husband and I.
