Recipe 1 of my airfryer series: juicy, crispy chicken thighs with an avocado crema Ingredients: - 4 bone in chicken thighs (with skin) - 2 tbsp avocado oil - 1 tsp cayenne pepper - 1 tbsp smoked paprika - 2 tsp chili powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp garlic salt - 1 tsp black pepper - 1 avocado - ¼ c plain greek yogurt - Handful of cilantro - Juice from 1 lime - 1 jalapeño - 1 garlic clove - Salt and pepper to taste Steps: 1. Season both sides of chicken thighs with avocado oil, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic salt, and black pepper 2. Let marinate for at least one hour 3. Add chicken thighs to airfryer and spray with oil 4. Airfry on 400F for 12 minutes on both sides 5. While chicken is in airfryer make your avocado crema by blending together yogurt, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, garlic, salt, and pepper 6. Once chicken is cooked, remove from airfryer and serve with avocado crema 7. Optional: top with cilantro and serve over rice or mashed potatoes
