🙊🙊🙊 JUST KIDDING! 🤥 But… I firmly believe that beauty + health are an investment. 💸 One I will def spend money on + time to upgrade.  That’s why at age 55, I look + feel better than I did in my 30s.  Send this to someone who gets it 👏 #womenover50rock #longevitylifestyle #becomeconfident #50andfaboulous #antiagingtips #50yearsoldwoman #50yearsyoung #womenintheir50s #skincareover50 #antiagingproducts #antiagingfacial #antiagingsolution #antiagingproduct #antiagingskin #girlmath
I know how the life of a skincare junkie goes - accumulate products, have no idea where and when you got them, then have no idea when they go bad. It’s also so difficult to tell when products expire as there is no standardized labeling. So here’s your cheat sheet to make sure your products are active and safe for use ! ✨ You can sometimes find a clear expiration day on the bottle either at the bottom or embossed on the top. If not —- ✨ The PAO symbol (or period after opening symbol) will tell you how long a product is good for ONCE IT IS OPENED. I like to write opening date on the product to help me remember. I keep a Sharpie in my bathroom to help me with this. ✨If there is no symbol, after opening product will usually be good for 1 year, unless it is a vitamin C or an AHA/BHA product which will usually last about 6 months. ✨ If a product has not yet been opened, shelf life is about 2 years. That is assuming storage in a cool, dry place. ✨ Don’t keep your products in extremes of temperature like the car or a shower they go bad faster. ✨ If you ever see color change, odd smell, texture change or mold appearing, the product has probably gone bad and needs to be tossed. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions !! #glassskincare #antiagingproduct #tweakments #sunscreentips #skincarejunkie #skincarehacks When should you throw products away, how long is sunscreen good for, should we have products in a skincare fridge
