Avoid this mistake if you want to build your arms ‼️  General rule: If you want to make a muscle a priority, you don’t want to doing it last in your training session.  The muscles/exercises you do first in your routine are going to receive the biggest growth stimulus.  So if you really want to grow them arms, don’t just do a few sets of biceps after back and some push downs after chest & shoulders.  Either give them their own day in your split, or do them after a muscle group where they aren’t being already fatigued eg. biceps after chest or triceps after back.  If arms aren’t a main focus, then you can continue just doing bis after back or a ppl split - they’ll still develop. But just know your arms won’t be growing as much as they could be if you made them the focus of that session.
