I went into @AT&T store in Columbia, SC on 12/10/24 & asked to upgrade & add a new line. The sales rep
#adriancummings added feature to my account that I didn’t ask for. Neither did she mention she was adding it. We talked about everything under the sun except the fact she was adding those charges in my presence. I attempted to reach out to the location. I spoke to a man who said he was the manager however now after speaking with Antonio today I’m not sure. Because he told me the managers name is Lafayette. I asked him if she was sure because I believe the man I spoke to was Hispanic. He said no. I’m not sure who the store manager is at this point. The man I spoke to I don’t believe name was Lafayette. I contact att customer who gave the the email address of who the

#a#attcorporatestore& it didn’t currently have a district manager. Customer service did credit my account after several calls. I did see the charge on my current billing also with a credit. However I’m not 100% sure if it’s off my account all together. Adrian doesn’t need to be working with anyone’s personal or account information. Don’t be like my and get so caught up in the conversation you forget to verify everything is done correctly before leaving.
