Directions: · Preheat oven to 375 · Whisk all dry ingredients together · Mix all wet ingredients together · Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine · Roll out dough on parchment paper, sprinkly additional flour if dough is too sticky to roll out · Cut into desired cracker shapes – I went for a size that would be appropriate for a child self-feeding with their palmar grasp · Place on parchment paper covered baking sheet · Bake for 15-18 minutes – we want the crackers to be cooked but not overly hard. · Let sit for 30-45 minutes before serving. · If consistency seems too hard, you may want to decrease baking time next time or you could try to heat in microwave for 5 seconds before serving to soften.
