If you need a breakfast or brunch idea for your Valentine’s or Galentine’s day, make these mini banana pancake heart skewers❤️Super easy to make and oh so yummy. Save for later and follow along for more festive eats! Here is how to make them: 1. Cut 2 bananas into 1 inch thick coins 2. Prepare your pancake batter according to package. I used @Birch Benders paleo mix and added 1 Tbsp beet root powder to give it the reddish pink natural food coloring 3. Dip each coin in the pancake mixture 4. Add 2 Tbsp vanilla bean ghee or any oil you like to a pan on medium heat and warm through 5. Add banana coins to pan and cook a couple minutes each side 6. Using a mini cookie cutter, cut out heart shaped strawberries 7. Add a strawberry to a 4 inch heart skewer 8. And poke skewer into 3 of the mini pancakes.
