Steps 1️⃣ Puree: Sauté onion, tomatoes, cashews, and cilantro stems in oil. Add spices, cook until soft, then blend. 2️⃣ Pasta: Cook pasta 🍝, saving 1/2 cup pasta water 💧. 3️⃣ Chicken: Season chicken, air fry at 375°F for 18 mins.
