My swim routine is bringing my 3 year old and 5 year old to the pool. Sometimes I go in, sometimes I don’t. But I cheer them on from the side when they play frantically in the water, or if they just melt into their puddle jumper,, that is either actively developing shit swim skills, or thinking the water environment is absolutely not real life. They also go to lessons so they think they are getting better at swimming. I say I supervise all the time, but I scroll occasionally. 💸I’ve spent over a thousand on lessons so far, so hopefully it kicks in somehow.. when we are at the pool I am constantly monitoring the status of the puddle jumper, bc my kids will routinely stand near the edge of the pool thinking they have it on. 🙈Don’t go down this path. That could take years to figure out, and create so much unnecessary stress on your baby, and danger.. get out in front! 👶🏻🛁💦Acclimate BABY
