Your nervous system is depending on a healthy mind! The you NOW is the only you that can get you to the next level so you gotta love on her extrrraa!  2. Romanticize the prep 🌹  set a reasonable routine you can commit to. The same way you know what to work on daily at your job needs to be the expectation when you clock into yourself. My favorite way to get excited about my commitments is new workout clothes! As a plus sized baddie I highly recommend Aerie! So buttery, soft, and high quality! Plus they’re so colorful and cute! Honorable mentions - Ross, DD’s, & clearance rack at Old Navy! STOP ✋🏻 waiting until you “lose the weight” and treat yourself nowwwwww with 3-5 new workout sets so you show up feeling BOMB! Being alive IS the special occasion & you deserve to be like a baddie in the body you are now.  3. Skip the gym if it means you’re gonna skip your meal plan!  There’s noooo way to outwork a bad diet and it’s so truuu 😣 Overcoming my emotional eating patterns will be my biggest achievement this year! Focus on developing that healthy relationship with food & portions control. Don’t skip breakfast and drink lots of water!  4. GET DAT ASS THERE!🏃🏻‍♀️                                  Ok so you’re lovin on yourself, got your workout calendar set, alarms on, meal prep ready, gym bag packed, water bottle filled up, watch charged - time to workout… wut now? The machines feel scary, you don’t wanna look dumb af, and everyone is judging you! Here’s a piece of advice that might sound harsh but I promise it’s true. Ready? Here it is- NO ONE GIVES A FUHH ABOUT CHU!!!!! Even if it feels like someone is judging u I promise they are not happy with themselves! Happy people ain’t hatin!!! Not caring what people think is easier said than done but walk into every room with your head held high because it’s a blessing to be able to work on your goals!  5. Make sure you FOLLOW ME 🫶🏽 because I’ll be posting beginner friendly workouts for home and gym, Mexican meal prep recipes, but more importantly how to keep your mindset and vibes healthy and happy!
