This is for my beginners who have never been in a gym and are terrified or for my shy girlies that just aren’t comfortable yet, I got you girls!!🫶🏻 Start by walking on the treadmill for 5-10 minutes just to get comfortable in this new space and to scope everything out. Find a spot or a corner where you can go and grab 2 sets of dumbbells, a light pair and a moderate pair. Workout deets  - db squat 3 x 12 - db shoulder press 3 x 10 - db chest press 3 x 12 - db rdl 3 x 10 - leg raises 3 x 15 - downward to crunch 3 x 12 each leg - planks 2 x 45-60 seconds  Resting for about 60-90 seconds in between sets!
