FEELING SOME POST HOLIDAY BLUES?

Don't you hate this time of year?  The menorah’s packed and put away. The Christmas tree’s in the dumpster, everybody's gone home and you're left to clean up the wreckage, go back to work, run the house, and figure out what the heck you're going to do with yourself in 2025. Early January. Blah.  I’m kinda feeling dumpy. Are you?  Here’s a proven confidence tactic I do that works every time I get “The Dumpies”.

You can do this when you feel unmotivated, lonely, a little depressed and maybe have some S.A.D. (seasonal affectation disorder).
