Ever been there? The all-or-nothing trap. You know, the "screw it, I’ve ruined everything, so I might as well make it worse" spiral that ends with feeling like a failure. 🙃 Trust me, I’ve lived it. For years, I believed every slip-up meant starting over. I’d go from one “perfect” day to a weekend of eating everything in sight, only to wake up Monday full of regret. It wasn’t just me. I see this same cycle in so many women I coach—this belief that perfection is the only way forward. But here’s the truth: That all-or-nothing mentality will keep you stuck. It keeps you doubting yourself and believing you’re not capable. Here’s what I wish someone had told me sooner: 👇🏼 ▪️You won’t hit your calories perfectly every day—and that’s okay. ▪️You’ll overeat sometimes. ▪️You’ll have days you skip your workouts. ▪️And yes, there might even be moments you binge. But none of those things define your progress. None of it means you’ve failed. Here’s the kicker: If your diet doesn’t include the foods you love, it’s not the right diet. For me, that was chocolate. I used to avoid it like it was the enemy. Now? I eat a little bit every day. Why? Because the moment I stopped making it forbidden, it stopped having power over me. Sure, there are days I eat more than I plan to, but now I choose to move on—no guilt, no shame. And over time, I’ve learned to trust myself. You can too. 💕 If you needed this reminder today, share it with someone who might need it too. And remember, progress is about consistency, not perfection 🫶🏼💃🏻
