#CapCut So much work done and still more to go. In March of 2024, my dad passed from liver and pancreatic cancer that was found two weeks prior. I cared for him on hospice with the help of amazing family and friends and he died in my arms. Afterwards, I decided to take over my childhood home and put everything into renovating it and make it my own. I successfully flipped the entire home in under five months. With the help of some great contractors and companies, we gutted the entire bathroom and kitchen, replaced the floors, interior doors, and baseboards, skim coated all the walls and painted, added recessed lighting in every room, completely redid the exterior with new siding, windows, exterior doors, gutters, shutters, soffits, and fascia. That’s not to say I didn’t run into trouble like having to rehome 50 bats in the attic and sanitize that entire space or when my sewer lines collapsed earlier this week (fun next project!).
