I don’t know if I am allowed to call it a chicken nugget recipe if it doesn’t have breading but these are delish as they are and my kids love them.  Ingredients: 1 lb. ground chicken 1 cup almond flour  2 tbsp. Ketchup (I prefer true made ketchup for no added sugar and low sodium) Optional: seasonings of choice. I used a tap each of garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, and black pepper.  Recipe: Preheat oven to 350 Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly Spray silicone mini muffin tin Scoop 1 tbsp.
