Why tho? 😫 The aerial handspring in the first clip is sooo much more difficult for me than the aerial deadlift.  One would think it would be the other way around, right? Using momentum usually makes a trick easier… Tricks that require momentum like casts, flips, or other dynamic movements are a struggle for me because I don’t train that way.  So, how would I make the aerial handspring feel easier? I’d do some kettlebell swings, box jumps, and practice my casts.  ❓Which do you prefer, dynamic or controlled movements?  #bodybyfran #polestrong

Leg day isn’t just for looks! Train your legs and see how strong your pole training becomes 😉💪🏼 📌 PoleStrong Pro Tip: Add reverse lunges to your gym routine to build leg strength for knee hooks and leg hangs.  Tips: ✅ Use a low platform, this isn’t a step up.  ✅ Stand tall and engage your abdominals (tighten your tummy). ✅ Choose a weight that you can do 15-25 reps with (each leg), and the last 2-3 reps are tough. ❌ Don’t arch your back as you  step backwards.  👉🏻 If you’re working toward knee hooks and leg hangs, and want to learn how to train for it in the gym, jump on the weight list for Barbell 2 Pole.
