Why tho? 😫 The aerial handspring in the first clip is sooo much more difficult for me than the aerial deadlift. One would think it would be the other way around, right? Using momentum usually makes a trick easier… Tricks that require momentum like casts, flips, or other dynamic movements are a struggle for me because I don’t train that way. So, how would I make the aerial handspring feel easier? I’d do some kettlebell swings, box jumps, and practice my casts. ❓Which do you prefer, dynamic or controlled movements?
