 I used to get quite sick 2-3x per year with pretty extreme upper respiratory infections where I’d have to go to the doctors & get prescribed antibiotics. This persisted well through my undergraduate and masters degree in college. This all stopped midway through my PhD 13 years ago. But what changed? I improved my muscle function & body mechanics.
 
 Yep it’s been 13 years since I’ve been truly sick. I’m not talking a 24 hr small bug but truly being taken out of commission for days has not happened since I was 26 years old.
