mocktail inspo for your last few days of dry january! 🍷 TBH this is a fan favorite, so I highly recommend making it throughout the rest of the year too! ✨Ingredients: - 2 cups of beets, roughly chopped - 1 in ginger root - 1 lemon - 1/2 shot apple cider vinegar (I’m using
#braggs) - 1 tsp maple syrup - Sparkling mineral water (I’m using
#mountainvalley) - Fresh dill, for garnish *optional* 1. Roughly chop your beets 2. Cut the skin off of your lemon m 2. Add the beets, lemon & ginger to a blender and blend 3. Strain out the solids (I’m using a @getjuv JUV press) 4. To build one mocktail, add two shots of the beet juice, 1/2 shot of ACV, and 1 tsp of maple syrup to a shaker with ice 5. Shake until the shaker gets cold 6. Poor over a glass with ice 7. Top with sparkling water 8. Garnish with some dill *optional* 9.
