Wanting to film my journey to see if it helps anyone like other videos did for me! Day 1: 1 cup unbleached bread flour ~1/2 filtered water stored with lid of, tea towel over the top & in the oven with the light on! Day 2: Discard half add 1/2 flour & ~1/4 cup filtered water Tips that have helped me: - Store in a warm spot, not too hot or cold. (Top of the fridge (if your house isn’t too cold, in oven with light on, in microwave with light on, or buy a hot box.) - When feeding, add 1/4 cup of water or you may have to add more just to get it to a pancake batter consistency. - Everyone’s experience is different because of the temperature and ingredients used. Everyday won’t look the same as mine or someone else’s! Figure out what works best for you! - Lightly cover with paper towel or tea towel
