This was sooo mf good 🤤 puff pastry breakfast Crunchwrap, IB @Calvin - get the recipe below‼️ Ingredients: -4 strips bacon -2 frozen hash browns  -3 eggs, divided  -splash milk -cooking spray  -kosher salt -1 sheet puff pastry, cut in half  -3 slices American cheese  Directions: -Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the bacon on it. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove bacon and set aside on a paper towel lined plate. -Line an additional baking sheet with foil and place the hash browns on it. Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for 10 minutes more. Leave oven on.   -In a bowl, whisk 2 of the eggs, plus milk. Heat cooking spray in a nonstick pan over medium, then pour in the eggs. Stir and scramble the eggs until almost set. Season with a pinch of kosher salt and remove from the heat. -Lay the puff pastry out. On one of the halves, lay down the American cheese. Top that with the cooked eggs, cooked bacon, and cooked hash browns.  -Whisk the remaining egg in a small bowl with a splash of water. Use a pastry brush to paint a layer off egg wash around the outside rim of the puff pastry. Fold the other half of puff pastry over the top, and use a fork to crimp the edges together.   -Move the puff pastry to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the remaining egg wash over the top. COTTAGE CHEESE BLUEBERRY PASTRY TWISTS! - If you love cottage cheese, then you gotta try this combo of wild blueberries meshed in between a better-for-you flakey dough and protein packed cottage cheese. Dunk in your coffee, tea, or enjoy one after dinner for a treat!  Check out @lilsipper's other recipe on lilsipper.com Ingredients: - 2 sheets of puff pastry (I used an organic brand I found at Whole Foods in the freezer section, no weird ingredients) - 1 cup of cottage cheese - 1 cup of frozen *wild* blueberries (must be wild, they are smaller and have 10x more flavor + antioxidants) - 1 Tbsp of grass-fed beef gelatin - 1 egg Method: First, make your blueberry jam by heating frozen blueberries in a saucepan (do not add water). Once they reduce, add gelatin and simmer while stirring for 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl and refrigerate while you prepare the rest. Preheat oven to 375 F and place one puff pastry sheet on top of a lined baking sheet. Spread out your cottage cheese on top of the pastry sheet, then layer with chilled blueberry sauce. Cover with he other pastry sheet, slice, twist, then brush with an egg wash. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until you see them brown and puffed. Sunday breakfast prep for the week ⛅️🫶🏼🍳 our house is up at 4 am during the weekdays for the fire academy so prepping ahead is crucial.. I make a batch 1x/week for my man & he LOVES these 😋😋 grocery list: ▫️ 6 whole eggs  ▫️ 6 pieces of bacon  ▫️ 1 pack of sausage (to make 6) ▫️ 1 pack of English muffins  ▫️ grass-fed butter  ▫️ tin foil  how to make:  1️⃣ pre-heat your oven to 400 F & coat two pans — one for bacon & a smaller glass dish for your eggs  2️⃣ grab a large bowl, crack 6 eggs & whisk together — add this mixture to your glass dish to pop in the oven for 13-15 minutes  3️⃣ line your baking sheet with 6 slices of bacon to pop in the oven until crispy (~15 minutes but depends how you like your bacon so eyeball!) 4️⃣ start popping your English muffins in the toaster — we need 6 toasted and lined up on a board  5️⃣ grab your sausage & roll into 6 even balls 6️⃣ pre-heat your pan & coat it with olive oil on medium-low  7️⃣ add your sausage to the pan & flatten them down as thin as possible  8️⃣ flip & cook your sausage until done — add 1 slice of cheese to each patty until half melted  9️⃣ butter your English muffins & start assembling your sandwiches  🔟 cut the egg pan into 6 even slices & transfer them to the muffins along with 1 sausage and 1 slice of bacon  wrap with tinfoil & store in the fridge — and there you have a breakfast prepped for the whole week! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 #breakfastinspo #breakfastmealprep #highproteinbreakfast #highproteinmealprep
