Prepped overnight oats breakfast boxes for the week ๐๐ซ๐ฅ The base to all of my overnights is always a 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup milk of choice (today I used oat milk). Then top with whatever toppings you want! I did 1/4 cup vanilla protein yogurt, 1 Tbsp chia seeds, a drizzle of honey, and 1 Tbsp sliced almonds!

brown sugar oatmeal! (Can be chilled overnight to make overnight oats!) Ingredients: - 1 cup of oatmeal - 1 cup of milk ( and a lil more) - bananas (can be frozen) - 1 tbsp brown sugar - 1 tsp vanilla extract - any toppings you desire! How to: 1. cook oatmeal in milk until it absorbs it all and add the brown sugar and vanilla extract. 2. Add a lil splash of milk if needed and bananas. โMix well and let it cook for around 2 minutes on low heat 3. If youโre leaving overnight put in on a jar (or an almost empty peanut butter jar) and prepare your ingredients to add in the morning 4. If youโre eating it straight away serve, add your toppings (I did muesli from @Seven Sundays Cereal more bananas, honey and peanut butter :) Enjoy!! It was delicious!

These pumpkin pecan protein overnight oats are a sweet & delicious breakfast to start your day! ๐๐งก I love adding grated carrots to sneak in some veggies in the morning, but they are completely optional if it isn't your thing! โจ Add in each jar: -1/3 c oats -1 tbsp chia seeds -pinch of salt -cinnamon -pumpkin pie spice -1 scoop vanilla protein powder -2 tbsp canned pumpkin -optional: 2-3 tbsp of grated carrot -2/3 c almond milk -top with pecans Enjoy!! ๐
