Welcome back to my series of STRESS ☠️ Stress, when not released within a certain amount of time in a healthy way, builds. Like a cup of water that’s overflowing & the faucet doesn’t turn off. Overtime, this takes the biggest toll on your brain. Stress not only decreases our longevity, it can make you feel alone, isolated & even feelings disappointment. Stress can make you feel as if no one sees you. They can’t see the burdens you carry, the heavy weight on your shoulders from all of the responsibilities the endless sleepless nights. Excess stress has forced you to live in survivor mode. Your fight, flight, freeze & fawning responses are in on & it’s like a never ending highway you can get off of. When the brain is stressed, it causes you to make poor or wrong decisions. Decisions you never would have made if the stress wasn’t there.
