Ingredients: - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed - 8 slices of prosciutto, cut into thirds (24 pieces total) - 6 oz brie cheese, sliced and cut to fit mini muffin cups - 2-3 tbsp fig butter or fig jam (about 1/2 tsp per bite) - Fresh rosemary leaves - Nonstick cooking spray Instructions: 1. Prep the pastry: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 24 equal squares.
