#nokneadbread Ingredients: 3 1/4 cup all purpose flour 2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast 1 & 1/2 cups warm water (approximately 100 degrees, or warm to the touch, not hot) In a large bowl mix together the flour, salt and yeast. Pour in warm water and stir with a wooden spoon until you get a sticky dough. No kneading required! Cover with plsatic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours. The next day, turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently shape it into a ball. Let it rest while your oven preheats to 450 degrees *Place the dutch oven in the oven while it preheats* Carefully transfer the dough to parchment paper and place it inside the dutch oven. Bake for 30 minutes covered then 15 minutes uncovered until golden brown. Let your bread cool completely before slicing, to revive the crust after cooling, warm it in a 350 degree oven for to 10 minutes.
