SHEET PAN SAUSAGE TORTELLINI: Ingredients: 28 oz kielbasa sliced 20 oz frozen tortellini 32 oz frozen vegetables broccoli or a sheet pan mix is my favorite 3-4 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 cup parmesan cheese  If using boxed tortellini instead of frozen, boil according to package prior. Then add to sheet pan after it is done cooking. While the tortellini is boiling, place all ingredients on a sheet pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoning and parmesan cheese. egg roll in a bowl 345 cals + 32g of protein ⬇️ mid week dinner idea! this recipe is for one but would be so easy to double or even quadruple! full of protein, packed with flavor and done in under 20 minutes.  what ya need:  1 trader joe’s frozen turkey burger onion powder  salt and pepper 1/4 tsp ground ginger (or fresh, can also omit) 1 tsp minced garlic  3 cups coleslaw  1/3 cup frozen edamame (out of pod) 1 tsp rice wine vinegar  1 tbs soy sauce  1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp sriracha  to garnish: green onions and sesame seeds  heat a tiny bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. add in your turkey patty and season generously with onion powder and salt and pepper. as it cooks - use a wooden spoon or spatula to break the burger up as it cooks into small pieces. cook until turkey is fully cooked!  add in garlic and ginger and cook for an additional minute.  for the sauce mix together rice vinegar, sriracha, soy sauce and sesame oil. add the coleslaw mix, frozen edamame and sauce mixture into the skillet. stir everything and cook for 5-7 mins until veggies are tender!  top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds and enjoy! 😋 #eggrollinabowl #busymommeals #dinnerforone #highproteindiet #turkeyburger  #creatorsearchinsights

parmesan caesar salad cups recipe ⬇️ 420 cals + 46g protein for the entire recipe!  1/2 cup parmesan cheese 2/3 cup kale (or you can use romaine) 4 oz fully cooked chicken (I used just chicken from trader joe’s) 1.5T ken’s light caesar dressing (thinned mine with water to stretch it!) 5 croutons salt and pepper  preheat oven to 350°. spread parmesan on a parchment lined baking tray into two circles (around 3" wide). bake for 5ish mins until cheese is just melted. immediately take out of the oven and place each circle over and upside down muffin tray.  finely chop your kale and chicken. drizzle on your dressing and crunch your croutons into the mix. add some salt and pepper to taste. stir and divide the salad evenly between the two cups! that’s it - hope you love this as much I do!  ✨tag me @lexingtonbrewer if you make it!!  #busymommeals #highproteinmeals #lunchidea
cheeseburger french bread pizza RECIPE⬇️ ingredients:  half of a french bread loaf 1 lb 96/4 lean ground beef  1/4 cup ketchup 1 1/3 tbsp yellow mustard 1 tbsp relish  1 1/3 cup reduced fat colby jack cheese for topping:  shredded lettuce, Roma tomatoes, onions, pickles slices etc.  preheat oven to 375°. heat a large skillet and add ground beef and some salt and pepper. cook until meat is browned and crumbled (about 5 mins). discard any grease!  in a bowl mix together: ketchup, mustard and relish. spread mixture over the french bread. sprinkle on 1 cup of cheese (reserving 1/3 a cup) and then cover with ground beef. top with remaining 1/3 cup of cheese!  put pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crispy. top with shredded lettuce, Roma tomatoes, pickles and whatever other toppings you want! tag me @lexingtonbrewer if you make it!! #highproteinmeals #cheeseburgerpizza #frenchbreadpizza #highproteinlowcalorie #busymommeals #kidapprovedfood
