🍪💚📝RECIPE: • 1 cup room temp salted better (splurge for @KerrygoldUSA , trust me!) • 1/2 cup powdered sugar • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional) - add orange zest, vanilla or almond if you prefer • 1 tbsp corn starch • 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups flour • 1/3 cup finely chopped @Wonderful Pistachios ••• 1. Cream butter, sugar, and lemon zest 3-5 minutes until light & fluffy 2. Add in corn starch and 2 cups of flour and mix until barely combined 3. Add pistachios and enough flour for the dough to barely come together and pull away from the edges (I pulse the mixer for this) 4. Split and colour half of the dough, then wrap & chill them both for 20 minutes. 5. Preheat your oven to 350* Fahrenheit and then roll two flat, even, square/rectangle sheets of dough 6. Follow stacking, gluing, and slicing instructions (on screen) 7. Bake 8 minutes ••• Makes 3 dozen small cookies •••
