In the glass of a cocktail shaker, or glass, add ice, Carnation Evaporated Milk, and chocolate syrup. Shake. 2. Prepare the cold foam by combining cherry vanilla syrup and Carnation Evaporated milk in a frother. Froth on the cold setting until thick and fluffy. 3. Add ice into a large serving glass. Pour the chocolate milk mixture over the ice. Pour the espresso on top and finish with the cherry vanilla cold foam. Cherry Vanilla Syrup Ingredients 1/2c frozen tart red cherries 1/2c sugar 1/2c water 1tsp vanilla 1/8tsp almond extract 1. In a small saucepan over medium heat add cherries, water, and sugar. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the cherries in a fine mesh sieve over a measuring cup, squeezing any leftover juice out of the cherries. 2. Allow the syrup to cool before adding the vanilla and almond extracts. 3. Store the cherry vanilla syrup covered in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
