 INGREDIENTS:   Savory Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Thai Chili Sauce         - 1 lb ground chicken  - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil  - 2 cloves garlic, minced  - 1 tablespoon ginger, minced  - 2 tablespoons soy sauce  - 1 tablespoon fish sauce  - 1 tablespoon brown sugar  - 1 cup water chestnuts, diced  - 1 carrot, shredded  - 1 head of butter lettuce or romaine, leaves separated  - Thai chili sauce, for serving  - Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish         INSTRUCTIONS:     1. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.  2. Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and completely cooked through.  3. Mix in the soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, diced water chestnuts, and shredded carrot. Allow the mixture to cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.  4. Once cooked, remove the skillet from heat and let the filling cool slightly.  5. To serve, spoon the chicken mixture into the separated lettuce leaves.
