This BBQ Chicken Potato Skillet is an easy kid approved weeknight dinner recipe!  Recipe 2 chicken breasts 5 small/medium potatoes olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (for potatoes) 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each of paprika and ranch seasoning 2 TBSP butter  1 TBSP minced garlic  1/2 cup of BBQ sauce  1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (any cheese is good in this)  Steps  •peel, wash potatoes, and cut up into cubes •toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I don’t use exact measurements for this part)  •cook potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook •once potatoes are cooking, cut chicken into cubes •cook chicken in a skillet on medium high heat with a little butter  •season chicken with 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, 1 tsp each of paprika and ranch seasoning  •once chicken is finished cooking add the minced garlic and about 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce •add cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir everything together •top with shredded cheese •broil in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese (you could also cover with a lid and let this sit on the stove until cheese melts)  Enjoy!  #dinner #Recipe #mealideas #dinnerrecipes #chickenrecipe #potatoes #easymeals

SHEET PAN TERIYAKI CHICKEN 🍗🥦🍚 Tonight’s dinner is quick, healthy, and tastes just like takeout! 🍽️ This recipe is from my new meal planning app, Planned which has over 250 high-protein, healthy meals to help make healthy eating delicious and stress-free! 🙌 This recipe makes 3-4 servings: What you need: - 1 cup rice  - 2 cups water  - 1/2 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos - 2 tbsp honey - 2 tbsp rice vinegar (I forgot to say this in the video!) - 1 tsp sesame oil - 2 tsp minced garlic - 2 tsp tsp minced ginger - 1/2 tbsp cornstarch - 1 tbsp water - 4 cups broccoli florets  - 1 tbsp olive oil - 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs - Sesame seeds & diced green onions How to make it: - Preheat oven to 400F. - Add rice and water to a saucepan, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling, turn heat down to low and simmer until the water is absorbed (or use a rice cooker). - In a small saucepan combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger and bring to a boil. - Turn the heat down to a simmer. Mix together cornstarch and water until smooth, then slowly add to the saucepan while whisking the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 mins whisking often until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and set aside. - Pour 1/3 of the teriyaki sauce into a small bowl to save for later.  - Add broccoli florets to a large sheet pan and toss in 1 tbsp olive oil. Drizzle on about 1/3 the teriyaki sauce and toss to coat. Push to one side of the pan. - Add chicken thighs and spoon the last 1/3 of the teriyaki sauce over the top. - Bake for 30-35 mins, tossing the broccoli and flipping the chicken halfway. Drop in 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 6 cardamom pods, 2 tbsp garlic and ginger. Then add 24 oz can @centofinefoods or @muttipomodorousa tomato puree. Cook for 30 minutes. Then stir in 4 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup cream. Season with salt.  3. Broil chicken on a foil lined tray for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally until charred and cooked through. Drop into sauce.  chai latte cake ☕️ 1. Brown 1 stick of butter over medium high heat. Then add 2 tbsp @diasporaco or @burlapandbarrel masala chai, 2 tsp espresso powder.  2. Beat in 3/4 cup light brown sugar, then 2 eggs, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 3/4 cup milk.  3. Fold in 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3/4 cup almond flour, 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour.  4. Add to a greased 9 inch cake pan and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.  5. Beat 1 1/2 cups heavy cream with 3 tbsp milk powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 powdered sugar. Top the cake when it’s cool.  kachumber 🥒 1. Slice cucumbers and tomatoes. Take the seeds out if you wish. Season with salt in a bowl. Let sit for 30 minutes. Drain.
