Yeah, it’s that serious. 🔥 Get my recipe below ⬇️ or on uncledibbz.com  [Link in Bio]  Ingredients For the Smoked Beef Ribs: 	•	2-3 beef plate ribs 	•	2 tbsp olive oil 	•	3 tbsp Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub For the Chili: 	•	2 tbsp olive oil (or rendered fat from the ribs) 	•	1 large onion, diced 	•	2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green), diced 	•	1-2 jalapeños, seeded and minced (optional for heat) 	•	3-4 tbsp Uncle Dibbz Big Chili Style seasoning 	•	1 can (14 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes 	•	1 can (6 oz) tomato paste 	•	1 cup beef broth (or more for desired consistency) 	•	1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed 	•	1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed 	•	1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 	•	1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 	•	1 tbsp Uncle Dibbz Texas Steak Rub (added after beans) 	•	Salt and pepper to taste Garnishes (Optional): 	•	One rib bone per serving (cleaned and saved from smoked ribs) 	•	Sour cream 	•	Shredded cheddar cheese 	•	Chopped green onions 	•	Fresh cilantro 	•	Sliced jalapeños Instructions 1. This winter weather called for my favorite slow cooker three bean vegetarian chili 🫘🤎🥣❄️ Throw everthing in the crockpot in the morning and by dinner time you will have a filling, delicious & healthy meal! Bonus is it makes TONS so you can have leftovers all week 😊 I topped mine with green onion, sliced avocado & tortilla chips! What are your favorite toppings should I try?  Ingredients: -1 tbsp olive oil -2 bell peppers diced  -1 onion diced  -1 zucchini diced  -4 cloves of garlic minced  -salt & pepper -1/2 tbsp cumin -1 tsp smoked paprika  -1/4 tsp chili powder -1/4 tsp oregano  -1/4 tsp cinnamon  -2 28oz cans of steam peeled diced tomatoes  -1 14 oz can of tomato sauce -1 can of black beans -1 can of pinto beans -1 can of kidney beans -Optional: green onions, avocado & tortilla strips for garnish Steps: 1. Add olive oil to a crock pot the layer the veggies, beans, seasoning, tomato sauce, and tomatoes on top. Mix well.  2. Slow cook on low for 8 hours 3. Homemade Chili - The only real debate is are you adding noodles or not??  Let me know in the comments! Ingredients: 1lb Ground Beef 1 Onion (or shallot), diced 3 Cloves Garlic, minced 1 Jalapeño, chopped Black Beans Kidney Beans Garbanzo Beans 15oz Diced Tomatoes (I like fire roasted!) 15oz Tomato Sauce 15oz Tomato Juice 3t Chili Powder 1t Cayenne Salt and Pepper to Taste (around 2t each) Shredded Cheese Sour Cream Green Onion Noodles! In a pot, add the beef and break into chunks. Add the onion, and garlic and cook for around 5 mins. Add the beans, jalapeño, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato juice, and spices. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer all afternoon! Make sure to check in and add spices as needed. Build and eat! STREET CORN CHICKEN CHILI 🥣🍗🌿🍋‍🟩 RECIPE BELOW 📝⬇️ INGREDIENTS: * 2 tbsps olive oil * 1 yellow onion, diced * 1 jalapeno, diced * 4-6 ears corn cut from cob * salt, pepper * 4 cloves garlicc minced * 1 lb ground chicken  * 1 tbsp chili powder * 1 tbsp paprika * 1 tbsp cumin * 3 cups chicken broth * a few dashes hot sauce of choice * 1 cup plain Greek yogurt * 1/2 cup chopped cilantro * 1 lime, juiced DIRECTIONS: •Heat a soup pot to medium heat. Drizzle olive oil once pot is hot. Add the onion, jalapenos, corn kernels, salt, and pepper. Cook 5-7 minutes stirring a few times. •Add the garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin and chicken. Cook for 7-9 minutes. •Add in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20-25 minutes.  •Add the hot sauce, green yogurt, cilantro, and lime juice.
