Kitchen sink cookies🥨🍪🍫 Ingredients - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, browned - 1 cup brown sugar - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 1 egg, room temp - 1 egg yolk, room temp - 1 tbsp vanilla - 2 cups all purpose flour - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 cup semisweet choc chips - 1/2 cup crushed pretzels - 1/3 cup caramel You can also adjust the add-in measurements based on what you like. Or substitute it with another add-in like white chocolate, nuts, etc. Directions: - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside - In a large bowl, whisk together the brown butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and combined. - Add in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix until combined fully. - Gradually add in the dry ingredients. Mix until almost combined. - Add in the chocolate chips and crushed pretzels. Fold in gently. - Place a few spoonfuls of caramel across the top then fold it in carefully. Repeat with the rest of the caramel. - Cover and chill for at least an hour to overnight. - Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough and roll it into a ball. Place it 2 inches apart from each other. - Bake at 350 F for 11-14 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges. - Let them set before enjoying!
