I feel so grateful to have had such a lovely time with all my kids, my parents, brother, and our neighbor & sister missionaries we invited to join us. πππ»π Amazingly, the pain I had in my abdomen last weekend is completely gone!πππ» And I felt well!π€ππ» Today is 1 year since my last, my 15th, surgery, and I have come such a long way! π It amazes me how the body can recover, compensate, grow in completely new ways, be strengthened, and heal. β€οΈβπ©Ή I have a long way to go still, & my chronic illnesses are still a daily challenge. But Iβm so grateful for where I am now. ππ» And for the fact that no new surgeries are on the horizon, and Iβm no evidence of breast cancer too! π€©π
I may be down today after all the fun & festivities, and man I can barely move! π
But itβs all so worth it. Christmas is truly a season of hope, peace, and LOVE. π I hope you have been able to feel some of these too. π And that we keep it going into 2025!π (pics with my hubs OJ, kids Braxton, Tre & Nadja, Colton & Raeβlynn, Brody, Kennedy & Sydney, mom and dad, brother Carter, & Sister Roberts & Sister Price) βWhat are you feeling today? How has your body amazed you? What are you hoping for into the new year?
