HIGH PROTEIN BANANA BARK 🍌🥜🍫 This was my most popular recipe of 2024, and it’s still one of my favorite healthy sweet snacks to make! I love keeping this in the freezer for anytime I want a sweet snack or dessert!  I used my favorite @Promix Nutrition Madagascar Vanilla whey protein powder in this recipe! I love it because its made with clean ingredients and adds the perfect sweet vanilla taste 🍦 You can use my code ✨CLAIRE✨ for 10% off Promix!  Makes about 8 servings: 123 cals, 8g protein, 12g carb, 5g fat  Ingredients:  - 2 ripe bananas  - 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt  - 1 serving @promix vanilla protein powder (discount code ‘CLAIRE’) - 2 tbsp natural peanut butter Toppings:  - 1 oz dark chocolate - 1 tbsp natural peanut butter - 1 tbsp crushed peanuts  - Pinch of sea salt  How to:  - Peel and thinly slice bananas.  - Line a small tray or cutting board with parchment paper and arrange the banana slices in an even layer. - Add the greek yogurt, protein powder and 2 tbsp of peanut butter to a bowl. High-protein, low-calorie Chicken Alfredo meal prep! 🍝🔥 Perfect for staying on track with your fitness goals while enjoying a creamy, flavorful dish. 💪✨  Ingredients (for 5 servings): * 2 lbs cubed chicken * 9.5 oz Barilla protein angel hair pasta (dry) * 250 ml 2% evaporated milk * 40 g low moisture mozzarella * 50 g shredded Parmesan * 100 ml chicken stock * 1/2 white onion, chopped * 4 cloves garlic, chopped * Seasonings: Italian seasoning, lemon pepper, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika (to taste) * 100 g 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese Instructions: 1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, cook the Barilla protein angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water. 2. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Season the cubed chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside. 3. Sauté the Onions and Garlic: In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes. 4. Make the Sauce: To the onions and garlic, add the evaporated milk, chicken stock, and cream cheese.
