Vegan Lemon Tahini Protein Dressing 🌱🥗✨ Looking to transition to a plant based diet in 2025, definitely start with a veggie bowl and top it with your favorite sauce or dressing! I’m making a fresh, zesty dressing that’s creamy and packed with plant protein! 😁 We’re adding great plant protein with @Complement unflavored protein powder which only has 5 ingredients! ➡️ almonds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, yellow pea, & sunflower seeds 🌱 Ingredients: •1/4 cup tahini •2 tbsp lemon juice •2 tsp apple cider vinegar •1 tbsp @complement unflavored protein powder •3 tsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness) •1-3 tablespoons water (to adjust consistency) •Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: 1.Whisk together lemon juice, protein powder, and maple syrup in a bowl.  2.Add in the tahini and stir again until fully combined. 3.Add water, a tablespoon at a time, until the dressing is smooth and pourable. 4.Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5.Drizzle over a hearty salad or roasted vegetables. For the veggies, I roasted mine at 400 degrees F for about 35 minutes. (This time could change depending on how small you cut up your veggies.)
