Today is the first business day of NYC’s congestion pricing plan—costing many drivers $9 to access the city’s busiest area. Drivers using the Holland and Lincoln Tunnels during peak hours get a $3 toll credit off the congestion fee, dropping it from $9 to $6 for E-ZPass and from $13.50 to $10.50 for non-E-ZPass.
