Let’s make some jollof rice with a Twist. This is a great recipe for the whole family and very easy to make. The spinach may make the food look so ugly but trust me, it taste super delicious 😋  Recipe 👌 • 1-2 cups rice • Meat of choice  • 1 Bag Spinach • 1 Bag Cilantro  • Carrot • Green Beans  • Fresh Tomatoes  • onions • 2-3pcs garlic gloves  1. Wash & season your Chicken breast. Skillet or cook, then keep aside 2. Add your Spinach & Cilantro in a blender. Add some water to make it easier to blend and blend to a fine texture  3. Cut all vegetables like carrot, green beans, tomatoes, onions etc 4. In a clean pot, drizzle some oil, add the onion and sautéed for 1-2mins, add some minced garlic, carrot, green beans, tomatoes and season to taste. I love seasonings like Curry powder, chicken cubes, adobo, parsley, ground pepper etc 5. Fry for 5-10mins and add the blended Spinach, add your washed rice and let cook for 20-30mins or until your rice is tender. Easy Teriyaki Chicken BBQ Recipe Ingredients: 	•	10-12 medium chicken thighs, cleaned 	•	1/2 cup to 1 bottle Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce (adjust to taste) 	•	Steamed white rice (for serving) 	•	Optional sides: salad, hard-boiled egg, or any sides you prefer Instructions: 	1.	Place the cleaned chicken thighs in a large Ziploc bag. 	2.	Add the Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Marinade to the bag (use 1/2 cup or more, up to 1 bottle, depending on your preference). Seal the bag and ensure the chicken is evenly coated. 	3.	Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes. For enhanced flavor, you can leave it overnight. 	4.	Preheat your grill or barbecue. 	5.	Grill the chicken for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and it develops a nice grilled crust. 	6.	Serve the teriyaki chicken over steamed white rice, and add a side salad or hard-boiled egg if desired.
