YOU’LL NEED: -1 1/4 c 2% milk (I used Fairlife) -1 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 25g or 1/4 c) -2 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder -1 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup (plus more to taste) -Pinch of kosher salt -1 T chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips -Marshmallows or whipped cream for serving TO MAKE: Heat the milk, protein powder, cocoa, maple syrup, and salt in a saucepan, whisking until smooth and steaming (don’t boil!).
