Cooking for my man > Recipe♥️ -16 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni work great!) -1/4 cup oil -1/4 cup onion, diced -2 tbsp fresh garlic, finely minced -2/3 cup tomato paste -1 1/2 cups heavy cream -2 tbsp Italian seasoning blend -Salt and pepper, to taste -1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for serving) -Pasta water (optional, for a thinner sauce) -Parsley, chopped, for garnish 1. Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant. 3. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Slowly pour in heavy cream, whisking to combine. 4. Add Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes. 5. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, coating evenly. 6.
