After the retirement of the former owner and world-renowned chef, Carole Peck, the restaurant has returned under a new owner with a fresh look. Many of us are visiting Westfarms Mall this holiday season, so we wanted to share some dining inspiration with you all on their must-try spots! 🛍️✨ 1️⃣ P.F. Chang’s: Did you know this is the only @P.F. Chang's in Connecticut? They’re also one of the only spots we’ve found where the happy hour menu runs all day, every day! We were so happy to learn this because by the time we get to most restaurants after work, happy hour is already over! Since we were here for drinks, we grabbed seats at the bar and watched Serihy, one of the talented bartenders here, make our drinks! We sipped on ⬇️ 🥃 Japanese Smoked Old Fashioned: features Mars Iwai 45 Japanese Whisky 🐉 Rising Dragon Margarita: Casa Noble Blanco Tequila, pomegranate, lime, agave, black lava salt, and rosemary aromatics 🪷 Pink Lotus Cosmo: Vodka, orange curacao, lime, cranberry, lychee Plus, the dining room got a gorgeous remodel this summer, making it even better for date nights or meetups with friends! 2️⃣ @Brio Italian Grille: We stopped in just for apps, but next time we’re totally staying for dinner!
