I am focusing on being more mindful with my grocery shopping in 2025 🛒 Here are some of my tips as someone who eats gluten-free, dairy-free and focuses on high-quality and nutrient-dense foods: -Shop the sales!! (Which is what I did today) -Grab frozen produce because it takes longer to go bad -Have staples in your pantry so you’re less likely to order food or eat out and can whip up a quick meal -Spices are a great way to add lots of benefits to your food -Plan your meals ahead of time so you know exactly what you need and nothing goes to waste -Focus mostly on whole foods! -Check what’s in your fridge or pantry first and build meals off of that -Make a list!
