You know, being on social media for this long & doing the work I do it is clear that some things change but some things seem like they will never change and one of those things is the amount of people I see that are stuck in these cycles. Another year. Another diet. Another cycle of people trying to better themselves, do more, be more, look better. But with this comes another year of sacrificing and restricting. No carbs, no sugar, endless cardio. Getting caught up in this diet prison yet again for another year.. And yet nothing works? Really? Or is it that doing the same bullshit year in, year out doesn't work? I'm tired of people listening to celebrities and out of touch fitness influencers that have never struggled a day in their lives and have no idea how to realistically help you. I wish people stopped for a second and really thought about their health & wellness in a different way. That transformations don't come from waking up one morning and magically reaching your goals. It comes from the small, daily habits that you keep consistent. This is where transformation actually happens. But it seems you don't want that, you prefer to go for the newest trend, the quickest thing with the least amount of work.. But imagine putting in a little more calculated effort and working smarter, not harder, to get long term results? I mean to me this is a no brainer. Even though I spend a lot of time repeating myself, I don't plan on stopping because I know that there are people out there that are tired of being stuck in these cycles and don't want to spend another new year in the same patterns.
