Rosemary Honey Dijon Chicken was for dinner! 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half lengthwise and tenderized, 2 cups flour for dredge, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons butter, 3 sprigs fresh rosemary, 3 garlic cloves minced, 1 1/2 cup heavy cream, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup honey, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons pepper, for flour mixture. Cook chicken breasts first and set aside on plate and cover.
