Grilled to perfection on the Traeger, these bites are the ultimate party pleasers - Perfectly crispy, creamy, and absolutely party-approved! 🎉🔥 Who’s grabbing one? 🙋♀️. 🎉✨ Spicy fiesta Shrimp Dip 12 wonton wrapped (*Optional) 1 8oz package cream cheese 2lbs shrimp cleaned and deveined 4 Green onions finely chopped 2 Bell peppers finely chopped 3 Jalapeños finely chopped 1 Jalapeño sliced into 12 rounds 2 cups shredded Pepper jack cheese 1/2 cup Crumbled cooked bacon bits 1/4 cup Cholula chipotle hot sauce 3 tsp Old bay seasoning 2 tsp Cajun seasoning Preheat grill to 350F Place wonton wrappers in muffin tin pressing them down on the bottom and up the sides. Bake for 10 minutes on the grill and remove. In a 9-10” cast iron pan add cream cheese, old bay seasoning, bacon, peppers, jalapeños, onions, shredded cheese and hot sauce. Place on the grill for 20 minutes then stir to combine. While the cheese mixture is cooking grill the shrimp. Place shrimp on skewers and season with Cajun seasoning. Grill for 5 minutes or until just becoming opaque. Remove from grill Reserve 12 and set aside. Chop the remaining shrimp and add to the cream cheese mixture. Spoon shrimp mixture into wonton cups. Top with remaining cheese, a whole shrimp and a slice of jalapeño. Grill @Traeger Grills for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until bubbling and hot * wonton cups are optional! You can serve a piping hot skillet of this delicious shrimp dip with Crostinis, cut up veggies, tortillas or crackers or anything else you can think of !
