You can practice healthful balance while eating food that is just so, so good. I mean fluffy coconut rice with aggressively (but perfectly) seasoned shrimp and caramelized pineapple and avocado salsa?? BUT let’s be real—food should always be enjoyable. If you’re not mentally satisfied with your meals, you’ll just keep snacking and thinking about your next bite📣 . Here’s the breakdown you need: Serves 6  Trader Joe’s- HP tofu 3.5oz per sandwich, 1SL cheddar cheese per sandwich, 1 sausage patty per sandwich and English muffin . Cut the tofu add to pan, spray with olive oil, roughly1/4 tsp of tumeric, garlic powder and salt to taste to both sides of tofu. Cook each side 3minutes. Assemble the muffins. Add tofu, cheese, a sausage and wrap with paper towel and foil. Place in fridge/freezer. Heat up when ready to eat! Pair with veggies for volume/fiber to help with satisfaction 💚 .
