What a Yum Yum 😋 Inside Out Loco Moco **Get your 🥚 right!** Fill a pan with 1/2 inch of water and bring it to a boil. Carefully place the eggs in the pan, reduce the heat to medium-high, and cover. Cook for 5 minutes, then immediately place the eggs in an ice bath. Once cool enough to handle, peel them carefully and set aside. Mix 1 pound of ground beef with garlic salt, paprika, an egg, and 1/3 cup of panko or pork rind crumbs. On a piece of plastic wrap, flatten about 1/2 cup of the beef mixture into a disc. Place an egg in the center and, using the plastic wrap, carefully fold the meat around the egg. Pinch off any excess meat to form a ball. Sear the balls on all sides, remove them from the pan, and bake at 400°F for about 5 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through. While the balls bake, make a quick brown gravy. Add the balls back into the gravy and simmer for a minute. Serve with rice or cauliflower rice, and top with green onions and sesame seeds. Yum Yum 😋
